Kenneth McDade, father of slain 19 year-old KENDREC McDADE who was unarmed and shot 8 times to the front and back by Pasadena Police officers Matthew Griffin and Jeff Newlen. His last words were "Why did they shoot me?" Kendrec was left to bleed while handcuffed and talking for 8 minutes before paramedics arrived. Officers offered no first aid or remorse after the killing of Kendrec. D.A. Jackie Lacey did not file charges against the officers.
